Position Overview:
The ERP Specialists will represent both groups daily as we migrate to a new ERP System. You are the liaison who will become the subject matter expert in the latest ERP and be able to share your knowledge. You will be responsible for cross-referencing data and aligning the customer records and part numbers to avoid duplication in the new ERP. Communicate your learning, and be detailed in your delivery.

You are the liaison who will become the subject matter expert in the latest ERP and be able to share your knowledge. Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- The candidate must have some business knowledge to develop and implement the maintenance of an ERP cross-referencing system, recordkeeping and cleansing data, and retaining information to be shared.
- Configuring functions and workflows to facilitate and assist in the ERP integration with other applications that will use the ERP as a resource for reporting, etc.
- Report requirements, scope, and objectives related to overall business strategies to the management team.
- Translating business terms, part numbers, and acronyms to create the necessary documentation needed for training.
- Collaborating with the IT team, business management, external consultants, end users, and other stakeholders
- Creating user guides, training curricula, policies, and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
- Researching, troubleshooting, and mitigating transactional functionality of the New ERP workflows
- Performing business systems and workflow analysis, disseminating technical issues, and offering solutions
- Present discoveries to drive software solutions, leading users and helping them resolve issues, and promoting an environment focused on knowledge growth and independence.
- Flexible in your schedule to meet the needs of the project and business as it's deemed necessary.
Educational and Experience Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or accounting/audit background, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with emphasis on listening to customers
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shift priorities.
- Detail Oriented
- The ability to work independently, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize are essential to meeting deadlines and work objectives.
- Excellent PC skills required, using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to work in multiple systems. Platforms
- CRM experience preferred.
