The salary range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00 per hour based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY

Join our dynamic Master Data team as the pivotal player in managing and innovating our application landscape! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of product pricing operations, ensuring seamless data integration that powers our Supply Chain and supports regional teams. Your expertise will guarantee the precision and swift availability of critical information that drives business success. Be part of a vital operation that thrives on accuracy and speed!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and managing our custom pricing software.
• Daily updates to existing pricing data.
• Creating new pricing entries as requested.
• Adding new distribution channel details to the pricing system.
• Recording new customer information in the pricing tool.
• Adjusting foreign exchange rates and profit margins within the application.
• Understanding how data moves through our system, including all related processes, and explaining it clearly to anyone in the company.
• Solving issues with data quality and handling one-time special requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• At least 1-2 years' experience managing data.
• Familiarity with Smart Sheets is an advantage.
• Must have basic Excel knowledge including V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Prompt in resolving data problems or inquiries.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality and ongoing improvement.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, able to multitask efficiently.
• Adaptable to a dynamic work pace.

TEMPORARY position for 6-12 months
