About the Job

A non-profit in South Austin is looking for a temp Benefits Specialist to join their team until mid/end of August. This person needs to be professional, personable, and friendly. Ideally wanting someone with a few years of benefits and Paycom (or similar HRIS) experience. Looking to interview and hire asap!

Responsibilities:

Assisting employees with benefits questions
Adding/removing employees from benefits system (Paycom)
Leave management - maintain FMLA, LOA, accommodation files and requests.
Monthly carrier invoice reconciliation
Assist employees with non-benefit HR questions.

Requirements:

2+ years of benefits experience
Paycom experience or similar HRIS required
Must be professional and friendly
