The salary range for this position is $68,155 - $85,193 based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks in the summer and July and December wellness/shutdown weeks for applicable positions.

Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand Profit is the strategic project-based team that identifies and drives key projects that will lead to major ROI, profit, and uplift team morale.
The Associate Manager, BP will support all brand profit activities to improve Kendo OP. They will report to the Associate Manager, BP and will deliver solutions to operational problems, finding creative ways to drive efficiency with best-in-class processes. The ideal candidate is eager to roll up their sleeves and take on new challenges and will be inspired by the possibility of "what could be" at Kendo!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transform fundamental business processes to enable continuous improvement and improve OP
- Assist with the implementation of our global pricing process
- Support the roll out of a revised disco process and all related elements
- Drive enhancements of our product assortment process on Smartsheet for all brands
- Help implement a new sampling process for all brands across the company
- Oversee pricing and data integrity for all brands (pricing documents, hierarchy, etc.)
- Support and coordinate strategic presentations & meetings
- Additional profit-driving projects that will help improve company profitability
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of related business experience, color cosmetics experience preferred but not required
- Previous exposure to Process Improvement and Project Management a strong plus
- Strong understanding of retail math and comfortable manipulating large data sets
- Highly detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and team player; able to build strong partnerships with brand, operations, and merchandise planning
- Proficient in using Excel to build reports, PowerPoint and Smartsheet
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and client service-oriented
- Highest level of professionalism; calm under pressure
