About the Job
Opportunity Needs: We are looking for someone able to assist in planning, directing and coordinating all activities related to our telehealth Platform services and remote patient monitoring. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for leading the design and implementation of process, improvement strategies related to our telehealth platform delivery.
Work with Healthcare Professionals within the organization, train, formulate creative options and implement measurable solutions to provide the best telehealth experience available for our patients.
Marketing, Business Administration, Health Administration or relevant field experience needed.
Strong computer skills, particularly competence in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing, EHR/DHR platforms, video teleconferencing/telemedicine or AV operations;
Healthcare experience required, preferably in outpatient primary care setting(s);
At least one-year experience with education program development and promotion preferred;
Minimum of one to three years of project/program management experience is preferred;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.;
Strong written and verbal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in development, modify and implement our telehealth platform and remote patient monitoring workflows, strategies, policies and protocols.
Provide and coordinate clinical and nonclinical training for project participants while.
Educate and partner with Providers to drive engagement and participation with the Telehealth program.
