Job Details
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage telecommunication construction projects in the South Texas/Valley area. The successful candidate will establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage telecommunication construction projects in the South Texas/Valley area.
- Supervise department managers, supervisors, and direct reports.
- Communicate directly with clients, fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project timelines, quality, and profitability are met.
- Handle invoicing, hiring employees and subcontractors, and maintaining fleet for the region.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of telecommunication OSP construction experience.
- Previous supervisory and people management experience.
- Proven track record in planning, directing, and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in direct client communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
