As a Telecommunications Field Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing employees and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of projects, emphasizing cost efficiency and maintaining a commitment to quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Project Oversight:
- Supervise and provide guidance to employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
- Maintain a focus on quality and safety throughout project execution.
2. Inventory Management:
- Prepare and manage equipment inventory.
- Track material usage and optimize resource allocation.
3. Utilization Monitoring:
- Monitor and report equipment and vehicle utilization.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Communication and Leadership:
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate leadership ability to inspire and guide the project team.
5. Training and Development:
- Coach and train team members in areas of deficiency.
