Responsibilities:Coordinates and performs all offshore project manager functions for CPE Telecom projects including executing service moves, adds, changes, disconnections. Performs processing of all telecom billing and invoicing for Voice services. Coordinates the telecom processes including service moves, adds, changes, and disconnects for customer premises equipment projects, carrier conversions, system procurement and help desk functions. Monitor PBX system performance to assure dependable and uninterrupted operation of telephone communications. Assists in the translating of user needs for communications into better business solutions. Coordinates with other departments to understand and meet their telecommunication needs. Performs correction of PBX alarm conditions identifies and replaces malfunctioning or inoperative equipment, such as circuit cards or processing units determines which backup components should be maintained in stock. Assist’s in developing implementation plans to upgrade communications systems. Assists in budgetary solutions and requirements for equipment replacement. Assists in emergency plans to deal with catastrophic events. Installs specific hardware and software for PBX. Setup and relocation of existing user accounts i.e. voicemail and telephone extensions. Performs all preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs. Maintains strong, productive relationships with all service providers.
Qualifications:Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or equivalent 7 years’ experience with some college coursework in telecommunications and managing offshore teams.
2. Technical training in the telecommunications field for network design and management.
3. Must have Strong Knowledge of design and hands-on ability to assist the architecture and administration, maintenance, and provision of Avaya PBX system (s87xx and LSP’s) and associated gateways.
4. Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level contract center solutions including PBX/ACD call routing and workflow management.
5. Hands-on experience in scoping, planning, analysis, technical design, development, implementation, evaluations and /or support of new and existing PBX.
6. Advance troubleshooting and administration skills on Avaya S87xx and LSP series PBX’s and Session Manager and associated peripherals to include CLAN, IPMEDPRO and IPSI boards as well as all carrier services (DS1, DS3, MPLS etc.) and media gateways G450, G430
7. Strong telecom security knowledge to prevent toll fraud and infrastructure breaches.
8. Independently works to accomplish general tasks and projects with little direct supervision.
9. Willing to travel to multiple locations on as as-needed basis.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,801.60 to $198,016 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
