What We Offer
- A strong knowledge of intellectual property law and 3 - 5 years of drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including:
- Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements;
- Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements;
- E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions;
- Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.
- Strong academic credentials in intellectual property, technology and commercial law coursework at a top-tier law school is highly valued. Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
- A technical background (e.g., a science degree or computer programming experience) is a plus but, not required.
- The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is required.
- A strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills will help you succeed on our team.
