General Purpose:
Perform various technical support and help desk duties in support of corporate and branch staff. Maintain positive, professional, and
upbeat image at all times. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission, five key beliefs,
philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions:
• Monday-Friday 10AM to 7PM EST
• Provide information services technical support
• Network administrative functions; computer and user account management, administer operating
system patches & software upgrades, virus and software protection, troubleshoot and correct user
errors, setup new user workstations
• Hardware configuration and repair
• Troubleshoot telephone service and data communications service issues
• Helpdesk services; telephone and in-person support for PC, OS, and networking issues
• Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent years of experience and training
• Ability to effectively resolve problems under stressful circumstances
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with diverse user groups at all levels and with
outside vendor contacts
• Occasional travel to local branches as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between necessary locations and corporate office
