Position Overview:
A day in the life of a Technology Support Specialist will include using your technology support knowledge and our training to work closely with our Information Technology (IT) team. This position is responsible for providing direct support in provisioning, management, monitoring of infrastructure and hosted cloud services, including user account provisioning and decommissioning, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, Box, Ring Central, laptops, mobile phones and tablet computers for a large organization in a fast-paced environment.
Processes supported by this position will include troubleshooting user issues within cloud applications, PCs, and Mobile devices, processing change requests to address andenhance end user experience.

Core Job Duties:
- Training on-site at our office headquarters in Centennial, CO five days per week; then moving into a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days remote per week
- Requirements Gathering
- Use Case Analysis
- Collaboration with Developers and Project Managers
- Application Troubleshooting
- Windows PCs troubleshooting and PC build
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Driven to deliver the highest level of support
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability and comfort learning new development concepts and technologies quickly
- High attention to detail and critical thinking is an absolute requirement.
- Self-reliant, strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, and interact with diverse audiences including supporting users with low technical fluency
- Seeks diversity of ideas and practices inclusion in all aspects of the role
- Experience or familiarity working with large data sets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of Job Experience
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Remote cloud-based environments, specifically 365, Azure and Intune
- Asset Management for Laptops, Tablets and mobile phones (tagging and tracking)
- Cloud storage Administration experience such as Box
- Experience in Active Directory
