Brief Description of Position: The Technology Support Technician is responsible to the Director of Technology Services and works in close cooperation with faculty and staff to provide planning, coordination, maintenance, and training connected to the college’s computer services. This position will answer Help Desk calls for computer support as well as audio/video setups.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Systems or Technology Services.
- Preferred four-year degree in Information Technology.
- Experience in technology support services required.
- Experience in all areas of Technology Support such as Microsoft Office 365, backup and restore procedures, telephone system support, script writing, and server support preferred.
- Should be creative, adaptable and have ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to relate to faculty, staff, students, and community members in a congenial and professional manner.
Salary: Hiring Range – Minimum to Midpoint ($3,185 – 3,451/monthly)
