Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technology Integration & Innovation Specialist to manage, optimize, and support property management platforms (Yardi, RentCafe, MRI, VTS, PNC Procure-to-Pay, Investor Portals, Blue Moon, Access Control, etc.) to enhance staff productivity and resident satisfaction. This role includes system maintenance, technical support, training, and exploring new technologies like AI to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- System Management & Optimization: Maintain and update property management systems to ensure seamless operation, resolving errors and collaborating with vendors for updates and improvements.
- Technical Support
- Serve as the go-to resource for daily staff issues, including password resets, platform errors, and software troubleshooting, minimizing workflow disruptions.
- Onboarding & Training
- Develop and deliver onboarding processes, materials, and ongoing training to improve staff proficiency with systems and tools to ensure consistent, effective adoption.
- Innovation & Technology Adoption
- Research, recommend, and implement new technologies (e.g., AI, automation) that enhance operations, user experience, and efficiency.
- Vendor Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with technology partners to address issues, updates, and feature enhancements effectively.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and provide insights to leadership to drive technology improvements and align with business goals.Stay current on emerging technology and real estate innovations, identifying and implementing solutions aligned with our commitment to high-quality living and working experiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in technology integration, support, or project management, ideally within real estate or property management.
- Strong technical understanding with an ability to identify innovative solutions without requiring deep coding involvement.
- Experience in developing and maintaining onboarding and training materials for tech platforms.
- Experience managing property management systems and providing technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both for training and for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
