Job Description

The Technology Business Management (TBM) Solution Engineer/Analyst will be responsible for configuring and administering TBM systems and tools to ensure optimal performance. This role validates use case requirements and expands or modifies the TBM model and architecture as needed to align with organizational objectives. This role will share in the support of data needs and maintain security while managing upgrades. This role is also responsible for managing and maintaining TBM activities focused on analysis and reporting including development of detailed reports and analyses to meet the needs of customers, leveraging a strong financial background and a solid understanding of information technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving as an Apptio system administrator

• Performing ongoing data loading and validation

• Designing and deploying custom reports

• Triaging TBM requests and incidents

• Monitoring data quality for production

• Providing upgrade support

• Testing new capabilities and enhancements

• Collaborating with stakeholders on the direction and usage of the Apptio tool

Mandatory Skills

• Degree in accounting, finance, or information systems

• Strong financial acumen and data analytic skills

• Strong understanding of Apptio and the TBM framework

• CTBME and/or ACP certification

• Strong capabilities with Excel and HTML

• Strong attention to detail and pattern/anomaly recognition

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Analyst role, Technology, Operations, and program management

Desired/Secondary Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum of 6 years relevant Business Analysis experience

• Proven ability to manage change, execute new processes, and successfully engage colleagues and partners

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Formulates conclusions and provides summary analysis and interpretation for leadership
