bout the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of high-level architectural design skills and hands-on coding expertise. The ideal candidate will lead the development of our Python-based systems, define frameworks, and provide technical guidance to our development team. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in React for front-end development and AWS for cloud infrastructure, enabling end-to-end ownership of technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Python Architecture and Framework Design
- Design and implement robust, scalable Python architectures
- Define and develop Python frameworks to streamline development processes
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
2. Hands-on Development and Troubleshooting
- Actively participate in coding, particularly for complex features or critical issues
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging support to the development team
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to improve code quality
3. Technical Leadership
- Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
4. Full-Stack Development
- Develop and maintain React-based front-end applications
- Ensure seamless integration between Python back-end and React front-end
- Optimize application performance across the full stack
5. AWS Cloud Architecture
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, React, and AWS technologies
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance and developer productivity
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at technical conferences
