Your Role as a Technician

As a Technician at CES Integrated, you will:

• Install and service security systems such as cameras, motion sensors, and door controls.
• Manage video surveillance and intrusion detection projects from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and program complex systems, including IP-based devices.
• Work with ranges from apprentices to higher level technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and project deadlines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Skills
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, multimeters, and cable installation
• Expertise in troubleshooting and programming security circuits and systems
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and interpreting technical drawings
• Ability to discover and change IP address for Laptop and other IP Devices
• Able to program Intrusion Detection Systems and Video Surveillance systems
• Proficient at installing electrified locking hardware
• Climb ladders (6 ft. routinely, 24 Ft. occasionally)
• Qualifications
• U.S. citizen with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable with heights and ladder work (up to 24 ft.)
• Relevant certifications in access control or video systems are a plus

Compensation

• Competitive pay: $21–$38 per hour (Equivalent to $44,000–$79,000 annually)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
