JOB DETAILS:

Salary Range $20.05 - $23.30 Per Hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Works independently to fill customer needs. Assembles hoses for customers. Ships and receives parts and components and provides customer counter support as needed. Operates forklifts and company vehicles. Operates hose assembly equipment. Maintains housekeeping in hose, warehouse, and shop areas. Picks up and delivers parts and components. Assists in all areas of Hydraulic Division operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Fabricates Hose assemblies and battery cables as per customer specifications.
• Ships and receives parts and repair components. Check parts sales orders (PSO's) and delivery receipts for accurate information.
• Provides customer counter service as needed for parts and service operations.
• Picks up and delivers parts and components.
• Responsible for maintenance of the vehicle used to deliver parts.
• Fills orders from stock. Assists in inventory maintenance and control.
• Performs all warehouse functions as assigned.
• Maintains housekeeping in the shop and warehouse areas.
• Works safely at all times. Adheres to all applicable safety policies. Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works within and promotes corporate values.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Computer skills conversant with DBS, Antares, SIS, HIS.
• Reads and understands digital calipers.
• Must have mathematical skills sufficient for measuring hose, counting stock, and maintaining supply inventories.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Fluid connector business.
• Previous knowledge and experience in Hose assembly and warehouse functions, including forklift operations.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
