Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, API documentation, and release notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences.
- Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines for style, formatting, and branding.
- Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Education and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in technical writing or information development, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- ITOM domain knowledge is a plus
- Experience in writing API documentation on test scripting, and testing methodologies is a plus.

USD Annual Salary: $69,100.00 - $158,900.00
