• Create and maintain in-depth user guides, developer guides, release notes, and technical overviews.

• Familiarity with software development.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

• Experience creating diagrams, screenshots, workflows, graphs, etc.
