We are looking for a Technical Writer/Program Analyst to join our team in supporting PEO Aviation.
The Tech Writer/Program Analyst will provide daily support for documentation such as correspondence, briefings, schedules, program documentation, and technical materials at a minimum. The support will include development/creation, review, configuration management, and archival. The Tech Writer/Program Analyst will be expected to learn about the program(s) and develop an understanding of the principles and future plans to aid in development/review of documentation.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Conducting External Document Reviews.
- Reviewing stakeholder reviews of documents for correctness; focus on the technical portions of the documentation.
- Conducting Internal Document Reviews.
- Reviewing and helping create reports and external presentations.
- Overseeing the process for documentation configuration management (CM). Along with controlling sent documentation and generation of new documentation from a CM standpoint.
- Reporting Documentation.
- Helping compose, collect, and review weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly required reporting.
- Assisting with Security related document reviews, tracking, database management, and inventory.
At a minimum you should have the following:
- An active SECRET security clearance and be eligible for a TOP SECRET clearance.
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM-field.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- An active TOP SECRET clearance.
- 2 years security related experience.
- Experience with SharePoint for document management, organization, central repository
This role includes 15% Travel possibility.

Estimated Salary Range:
- Intermediate: $75,000 - $90,000
- Senior: $95,000 - $120,000
The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
