Title:: Technical Writer (USC ONLY)

Pay:: $41.71/HR

Location:: Phoenix AZ 85007 United States 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Develop and maintain a wide range of cybersecurity documentation, including: Policies and procedures

System documentation

User manuals and guides

Training materials

Incident response plans

Security awareness materials

Collaborate with cybersecurity team members to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand language.

Adhere to style guides and templates to ensure consistency and quality.

Use a variety of authoring and content management tools.

Manage documentation review and approval processes.

Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends.

Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Assist with other cybersecurity-related tasks as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.

EDUCATION PREFFERED:Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+) are a plus.
