Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Remote (100%)
Duration: Longterm
Elevate your career by joining our critical program as a Technical Documentation Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with both Business and Technical experts to craft, manage, and update essential technical documentation. Bring your expertise in data analysis to the table, interface with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with requirements. Key Role:
Support a highly visible and mission-critical program, working closely with Business and Technical Architecture and Engineering SMEs to develop, manage, and update a variety of technical documentation.
Perform data analysis and research, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Agile Delivery Teams and Scrum Masters to efficiently manage technical documentation.
Understand technical and functional requirements, reviewing technical documentation for compliance and approval.
Collaborate with business and technical team members to ensure documentation is clear and concise.
Maintain spreadsheets and other artifacts capturing reference tables and configurations.
Play a key role in maintaining Application Data Dictionaries.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in interfacing with Business stakeholders, capturing requirements and rules, and translating them for the larger team.
Knowledge of the system development life cycle and software project management approaches, including requirements, design, and testing techniques.
Familiarity with established and emerging data technologies, data visualization, and unstructured data.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Demonstrated experience in leading a project, task, or team.
High degree of professionalism and adaptability to change.
Commitment to continuous learning to enhance relevant skills.
Ability to perform technical writing under various constraints, including deadlines and ambiguity.
