About the Role

In this position, you will develop and deliver training programs focused on aftermarket selling skills, common parts needs for agricultural equipment, and essential professional skills for dealership employees.

As an instructor, youll create, update, and present engaging content to a diverse audience across the dealership network. Training formats include:

• Virtual courses: Four to eight hours of interactive instruction.
• In-person classes: Two-day sessions conducted weekly.

Your students will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from dealerships throughout North America.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to create and deliver compelling, easy-to-understand content using modern classroom tools and techniques.
• Agricultural Knowledge: A strong understanding of agricultural equipment and precision technology.
• Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to coordinate with subject matter experts, manage deadlines, and navigate a variety of products and systems efficiently.

Preferred Education:

• A bachelors degree in Adult Education, Agriculture (AgriBusiness, Communication, Ag Education, etc.), or a related discipline is highly desirable.
