Job Summary:
The Technical Team Lead plans and manages daily operations of the Information Technology (IT) department and coordinates projects with other departments. Oversees support of business software applications and directs help desk activities, including hardware procurement and installation. Supervises IT staff and coordinates activities with other departmental employees and consultants to ensure that effective, efficient and compliant solutions are in place. Plans, budgets, and schedules project responsibilities.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Wage: $70,000.00
How will you make a difference?
As part of our team, you will:
1. Design and deliver data in a format that staff and management are able to utilize to make impactful business decisions. Manage tools and resources allowing staff and management to obtain up to date information on key metrics.
You will oversee & manage the following technologies at Opportunity Partners:
- Familiarity with current Windows OS
- Power BI Development
- Microsoft Fabric
- Basic Database skills
- Microsoft Office 365
- Process documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Information Security, and other regulations pertinent to OP’s business
2. Bring a strong understanding of data analysis & visualization. Be proficient in Power BI tool to build out reports and tools for internal stakeholders. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations. Two years of experience with data modeling and integration experience
3. Work with staff and management to identify areas where revenues can be maximized, costs minimized, and to identify areas where the organization can provide additional services and support based on collected information. Provides support for external data reporting and audits. Research advanced software solutions and emerging technologies to support the mission of Opportunity Partners (OP).
4. Manages the Business Analyst, Data Analyst and/or Applications Support Specialist to develop, maintain, and support OP’s business applications. Manages the Help Desk Support Specialist and processes supporting the procurement, installation, and support of hardware utilized by OP personnel.
5. Continual training and development of relevant skills, knowledge and techniques. Includes both technical and non-technical skills and cross training in other areas within and across departments. Increasing knowledge of the business functions and roles.
What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?
- BS in Information Technology/ Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of two years of Power BI and data modeling and integration.
