Job Details
The primary focus of the Consumer Technical Support team is to provide technical support to customers using our products, and to provide support for online services, including gate operations, Cellular, VoIP, IM Server Modem, and the Cloud.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls from Contact Center Queue from callers having questions and issues with our Products and Services
2. Live Chats regarding our Online Services and issues.
3. Offering technical support for products and services to End Users, including basic programming and assisting with software questions.
4. Looking up accounts for Online services and answering questions related to these services including billing and payment options.
5. When needed, assist Consumers in using the Website Dealer Locator to find a local service provider.
6. Documenting issues that may arise from calls on recurring issues.
7. Complete specific task given related to customer support.
Job Requirements:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to handle difficult or upset Users.
3. Basic Computer Knowledge and skills.
4. Good Attendance Record.
