FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Technical Support Managers II in Jacksonville, FL to supervise engineers that respond to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problems in nonfunctioning equipment systems or software. Establish and maintain lines of communication with design engineering and software development on design, reliability, and maintenance issues. Ensure that engineers are current with the latest upgrades and/or new releases. May be involved in customer installation and training programs. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation; two (2) years of experience must include: designing and implementing data reporting/visualizations in PowerBI; introducing new business intelligence technology to improve analytics; utilizing Power Platform tools to create and support business processes and reporting including Power Automate; and writing SQL queries to research and resolve production problems. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
