$75,000 - $80,000 + bonus potential & full benefits package. Monday - Friday
HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
- Manage and guide the technical support operations for the company, ensuring all standards are met.
- Train, support, and assist staff with problem-solving.
- Efficiently evaluate, prioritize, and delegate support inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct interviews to diagnose issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Recommend changes to products or services to help fulfill customer needs more efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Write technical documentation to guide the support team and improve product use.
- Develop and maintain standards for diagnostic processes, quality control, and reporting.
- Design and implement improved processes or policies for operation.
- Occasionally travel on-site to assist service technicians with troubleshooting, including climbing ladders or working with hardware directly.
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS
- Exhibit a high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, service technicians, and end-users.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of computer networking, routing, mapping setup, and electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC).
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience and at least 5 years of computer networking experience.
- Expertise in networking, electrical troubleshooting, and technical diagnosis.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities.
- Willing to travel overnight on occasion to support on-site troubleshooting.
