JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performance Support Engineer, a pivotal role responsible for managing and resolving
- This customer-facing position not only offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members in a range of technologies but also demands a candidate with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
- The role requires flexibility with on-site attendance twice a week and availability during non-standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Serve as the final escalation point within the technical support department.
- Mentor junior team members on technical issues and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service through strong interpersonal and communication skills, working collaboratively with customer administrators and developers.
- Strong experience with SQL, Java, and Linux.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong commitment to quality.
