Description
The position coordinates the design, modification, installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of all product making and finishing machinery and processes by all brand verticals. Training of SDI personal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• | Supervise machine repairs. |
• | Troubleshoot machines. |
• | Supervise and train personnel. |
• | Advise CSP on parts updates and revisions. |
• | Perform Factory Acceptance Test. (FAT) |
• | Create and carry out installation and maintenance plans. |
• | Evaluate machine efficiencies and maintain records. |
REQUIREMENTS
• | 7 to 10 years of manufacturing and packaging machine experience |
• | Background in machine design, installation, repair, and PLC knowledge. |
• | Supervisory skills |
• | Proficient in AUTOCAD |
• | Analytical and critical thinking skills |
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• | May be sitting and/or using a computer for an extended period of time |
