Description
The position coordinates the design, modification, installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of all product making and finishing machinery and processes by all brand verticals. Training of SDI personal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
| • | Supervise machine repairs. |
| • | Troubleshoot machines. |
| • | Supervise and train personnel. |
| • | Advise CSP on parts updates and revisions. |
| • | Perform Factory Acceptance Test. (FAT) |
| • | Create and carry out installation and maintenance plans. |
| • | Evaluate machine efficiencies and maintain records. |
REQUIREMENTS
| • | 7 to 10 years of manufacturing and packaging machine experience |
| • | Background in machine design, installation, repair, and PLC knowledge. |
| • | Supervisory skills |
| • | Proficient in AUTOCAD |
| • | Analytical and critical thinking skills |
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
| • | May be sitting and/or using a computer for an extended period of time |
