Job Description:
Duties

Resolve trouble tickets related to collaboration infrastructure (voice, videoconferencing, broadcast video) up to and including physical replacement of phones and cabling
Perform offboarding/onboarding of devices/extensions for users
Perform patching, software upgrades for collaboration endpoints and infrastructure devices
Proactively Manage and Monitor voice/video traffic across the entire network (includes on Prem / off prem to partners and back)
Interface with end users to train on phone use and as needed during troubleshooting
Develop/update documentation/run books related to collaboration tools
Assume primary weekday on-call duties for incidents related to voice/video
Coordinate with third-party vendors (circuit providers, SaaS video providers) to troubleshoot issues

Required Skills

5+ years of IP Voice and Video experience
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber and ISR voice gateways
Experience troubleshooting IP connectivity (DHCP, DNS, identifying firewalls along the path, etc.)
Experiencing tracing/crimping cables, using toners and punching down copper
Understanding of SIP protocol
Understanding of SaaS video (Zoom, Bluejeans, Google Meet, etc.) including configuration of client applications
Experience with Oracle Clients, Starfish provisioning and Polycom videoconferencing a plus

Education (if required) : B.S. in Information Systems or related field OR CCNA Voice
