Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Support Analyst II to join our team in Belcamp, Maryland.
Responsibilities may include:
+ Responsible for developing and tracking several acquisition documents (GFI, Design Decision Memos, CDRLs).
+ Assists in developing briefs, strategic messaging, and coordinated schedules across the Program Office.
+ Assists in sharing of information, document configuration control, and tracking execution across a variety of working groups.
+ Supports installation, test and evaluation, top-level requirements, and risk analysis-working groups, and assists in providing deliverables associated with those working groups.
+ Provides additional technical support through technical writing and editing, test and evaluation report development, and technical support in support of overall TITUS technical activities.
+ Army test data capturing experience mandatory (I.e. operational tests or formal and informal testing of software.
+ Acquisition documentation editing experience preferred.
Required Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience
+ Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
+ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other equivalent project management applications/tools.
+ Technical writing experience.
+ Army test data capturing experience mandatory (I.e. operational tests or formal and informal testing of software.
+ Acquisition documentation editing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $92,400-$154,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
