GENERAL FUNCTION:
JOB RELATIONSHIPS WITH: Community Connections Director, 211 Innovation DirectorManager Community Resources, Manager Partner Support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Technology Solutions Manager will lead the technical implementation efforts of the 211 Innovation Team, focusing on extending the capabilities of CareSuite, the platform powering our 211 community helpline to become the hub of social service referrals in Greater Cincinnati. This role is pivotal in advancing the team's capabilities in data reporting, system interconnectivity, and integration with external partners. The Technology Solutions Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and third-party developers to ensure seamless services, robust data pipelines, and effective integration of external systems.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:- Technical Solutions
- Oversee and manage technical projects for CareSuite, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with data analysts, internal stakeholders, and external partners to create basic data visualization that provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement API and systems integrations with multiple partners, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and outsourced developers to identify integration opportunities and ensure systems work together effectively.
- Work closely with the Manager, Community Resources, and the Manager, Partner Support to ensure technical solutions align with programmatic needs and partner requirements.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Utilize project management methodologies to maintain flexibility, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver high-quality results.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data reporting, system integration, and project management.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, systems, and outcomes through innovative solutions.
- Lead efforts to implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance the team's technical capabilities and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience building technical solutions
- Experience with API development, system integration, and data engineering.
- Expertise in data management, including ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python and SQL.
- Experience working with external vendors, outsourcing technical projects, and managing third-party developers.
- Experience in data reporting and visualization, with experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Proactively identifies opportunities and challenges, demonstrating autonomy and accountability to drive meaningful results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate, and build trust with diverse partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, including experience in designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to various audiences.
