OnLogic is seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist to lead strategic and tactical SEO initiatives for our B2B e-commerce site. You will play a crucial role in driving organic growth by optimizing website performance and visibility in search engine results. - Lead strategic and tactical SEO initiatives to align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular comprehensive website analyses to identify and rectify issues impacting search engine visibility, performance, crawlability, site architecture, and site content.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and URL structure to improve crawlability and indexability.
- Collaborate with the content and IT teams to develop and implement SEO best practices and guidelines for the organization.
- Ensure correct and up-to-date schema markup to enhance search engine understanding of content.
- Monitor and optimize website speed and mobile performance.
- Identify and address web security vulnerabilities and ensure best practices are implemented.
- Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility best practices are followed.
- Set up and maintain alert systems to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues (e.g., broken links, slow page load times)
- Stay updated on the latest developments in generative AI and its impact on search marketing.
- Implement AI-powered strategies to improve SEO efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong experience using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience working in a headless single-page app environment.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and tag implementation.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies.
- Knowledge of industry-standard marketing/ecommerce tech stack, including CMS, CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of ADA compliance and web accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of generative AI and its applications in SEO.
- You have the ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
