Technical Sales Representative - Simon Roofing

We're looking for a Technical Sales Representative who represents our organization and that ensures that the assigned revenue, margin, and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded. This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts

The representative will conduct sales programs and communications aimed at validating SR Product's value propositions new account prospects.

Job Requirements:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of outside sales experience (Roofing or Construction related sales experience is preferred (B2B)).
• Lead generation experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of construction OR High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience.
• Strong skills in listening, organization, sales closing Customer service oriented.
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.

• Generous base salary (Starting between $100,000.00- $110,000.00 per year, PLUS additional commission opportunities).
