We are seeking a tenacious and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join a fast-paced company that is entering the United States Market! This company retails one of the number one brand supplements for pets in the UK. To be successful, youll need drive and commitment. This role also requires you to be bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
Essential Responsibilities: Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, and closing sales, training and coaching team members, routine calls with customers and leaders, representing the company at conventions and trade shows. Other duties include initiating and closing sales, identifying market potential, participating in educational opportunities, preparing contracts and more! This candidate will report to the sales manager.
Required Experience/Background: A thorough understanding of the animal health and Veterinary industry (preferably previous in-clinic experience), field sales, cold calling, coaching and negotiation abilities, presentation and communication skills, ability to analyze financial information, budget management, computer competency, and an entrepreneurial drive. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
Compensation: 401(k) with 5% company contribution, medical insurance including vision and dental (100% employee contribution and 60$ dependent contribution), 8 observed holidays, 15 paid vacation days, 10 paid sick days, $150/month phone and internet allowance, $10,200 annum car allowance, and a bonus of 30% uncapped!
