As a Full Cycle Sales Consultant you will play a crucial role in the business by obtaining new leads and clients, conducting assessments and presentations, and then managing your book of business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation
- Identifying and sourcing potential leads through various channels
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients
- Initiating contact with leads and qualifying them based on established criteria
- Regularly networking events and local business groups
Client Acquisition
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities
- Conducting thorough research to understand client needs and preferences
- Presenting our products and services to potential clients and addressing their inquiries
Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Acting as the main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
Revenue Growth
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue
- Tracking account metrics and preparing regular reports for management
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in account management or sales within a technical industry (I.T., telecommunications, etc.)
- Existing business network within Washington County and surrounding areas
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 50%, focusing on Washington and Waukesha counties, but no restrictions within Wisconsin)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience specifically in a Managed I.T. Services sales role
