Job Summary

Position Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and address basic technical questions.
• Engage customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings to understand and recommend suitable products.
• Collaborate with senior team members to secure sales and follow up on leads.
• Assist in creating and presenting quotes while emphasizing product benefits.
• Accompany the Sales Manager on customer visits and support presentations.
• Build knowledge of product lines, applications, and customer needs.
• Update account activities and sales materials.
• Participate in training to enhance technical and sales skills.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or technical roles.
• Associate degree in a technical field; BS degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to grasp product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Effective time management and multitasking in a team environment.
