Technical Reliability Engineer
Summary:

Our client is seeking a Technical Reliability Engineer who will play a pivotal role in maximizing machine uptime and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to build reliability programs from the ground up as part of both greenfield and brownfield site projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies to enhance machine uptime.
- Analyze equipment performance data to forecast maintenance needs and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Industry 4.0 technologies into maintenance practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Utilize TPM methodologies to optimize maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Create and maintain detailed maintenance documentation and reports.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff on reliability best practices.
- Lead reliability initiatives for both new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) sites.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and predictive maintenance tools.
- Strong understanding of TPM, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferences:
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
- Knowledge of IoT applications in maintenance.
- Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CRL, CRE).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
