Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company’s growth and technical hiring needs. You’ll partner with leadership to set hiring priorities and develop recruiting plans to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
- Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. You’ll help team members refine their skills, improve sourcing techniques, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You’ll ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, data-driven, and aligned with best practices for technical hiring.
- Work closely with engineering leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to understand talent needs, craft job descriptions, and set recruitment priorities. You’ll provide market insights and recruitment metrics to help stakeholders make informed hiring decisions.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for high-demand technical roles such as software engineers, DevOps specialists, data scientists, and cloud architects. You’ll create strategies for passive candidate engagement, ensuring the company is always ahead in the talent market.
- Champion the company’s employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and technical opportunities. You’ll ensure a top-tier candidate experience, creating a recruiting environment where talent is eager to join the company.
- Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. You’ll provide regular reports on recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to leadership.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Technical Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical landscape, including software engineering, DevOps, data science, and IT roles. You’re comfortable discussing technical requirements and have successfully recruited for a wide range of technical positions.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience leading and developing a team of technical recruiters. You’re skilled at fostering collaboration, providing feedback, and driving results across your team.
- Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing passive and active technical candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific networks. You’re familiar with using creative and proactive methods to engage top talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Extensive experience managing the entire recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. You’ve successfully hired talent in high-demand areas and know how to optimize recruiting processes.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership. You’re skilled at presenting market insights and advocating for recruitment best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You rely on data to drive recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing a recruitment team. You’ve successfully hired for technical roles in high-growth environments.
- Proven experience in building and scaling recruitment teams in industries such as tech startups, SaaS, or high-tech enterprises.
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and improve efficiency.
