Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential

What you’ll do:
Creatively and resourcefully recruit senior consultants/contractors and generate leads through a variety of tactics, including referrals, prospecting, cold calls etc.
Build a strong base of highly qualified consultants/contractors
Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
Effectively negotiate pay rates
Partner closely and work collaboratively with account executives to fulfill open positions
Industries include: Quality, Validation, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Network and Communications, Biotechnology, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Industrial Equipment, Military, Defense, Semiconductor, Software, Hardware, and Mechanical.

Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
