ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within Engineering, Manufacturing & Distribution fields
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting (candidate discovery, screening, assessment, negotiation, interview coordination, follow up, final offer negotiations, and finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens and background checks, performing reference checks, etc.)

** $40-45K + commission (competitive commission structure) ** ** Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:30p or 8:00a-5:00p **

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Exceptional communication and phone skills
• Effective time management and strong organizational skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and effectively determine urgency when needed
