The ideal candidate will have done some sourcing/jr recruiting for SalesForce positions.
experience recruiting Devops, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineer is a big plus.
Logistics of the Role:
- Temp to Hire - Pay rate 35/hr - 40/hr
- Hybrid Remote - on site 2-3 days a week
- Work with key accounts to provide hiring solutions, identify new resources and ensure satisfaction on current and new opportunities.
- Work with existing employees to staff in new positions at contract end or for promotions.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned customers and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Recruit new employees to achieve company hiring goals and to fulfill contractual hiring obligations.
- Work with company leadership to support you in growing your skill set from staff placement on contracts and recruiting perspective.
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting in support of the federal government contracts including the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection/submittal of candidates.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-4 years of proven success in recruiting and customer management.
- Experience recruiting in a government contract space for cleared positions
- Experience recruiting a wide range of technical positions including Developers, Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers.
