Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, an understanding of technology, and the ability to connect with and attract top technical talent. As a Technical Recruiter at AAPRO Consulting, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top technical talent.
Screen Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to determine the suitability of candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and motivations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both candidates and clients.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within an IT staffing agency.
Technical Knowledge: An understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
