As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts to source and find IT candidates qualified for multiple government and commercial customers.

You will effectively and efficiently screen candidates for basic qualifications and drive candidates through the hiring process, ensuring the best experience at all times.

To be a good fit for this role you should have prior experience working with LinkedIn sourcing, Online Applicant Portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to hasten and professionalize the hiring processes.

Must be able to submit at least 20 qualified resumes per month to open positions. Must have worked for IT Staffing firms to be successful in this role.
