Who We’re Looking For:
- We are seeking a passionate and consultative High-Volume Recruiter to support call center hiring in our Alpharetta, GA.
- Your primary responsibility will be full-cycle recruitment for high-volume openings, primarily in our call center locations.
- You will manage hiring plans, ensuring an excellent experience for hiring managers and candidates while meeting standard high-volume recruiter metrics.
- This hybrid role requires candidates to live within a commutable distance to our Alpharetta, GA,
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume/call center hiring and other roles as needed.
- Manage call center hiring plans, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring an efficient recruiting process.
- Communicate proactively and transparently with stakeholders about recruiting plans and effectiveness.
- Build collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and teams.
- Manage performance metrics such as hires per month, time to offer/hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Understand our business model and communicate effectively with candidates about team functions.
- Work independently and exercise effective judgment and creativity.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged and informed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
- At least 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, especially in front-line/call center roles.
- At least 1+ years of experience with Workday Recruit.
- Experience with MS Teams, Slack, or similar platforms for managing shared information.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets and performance metrics.
- Experience building candidate pipelines and conducting outreach.
- Experience as an in-house recruiter working with HR and other stakeholders.
Added Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with Phenom People or similar CRM.
- Experience with video interviewing.
- SPHR/PHR Certification.
Salary
35 - 38 /hour
