Belcan Inc. is looking for a Technical Records Administrator to aid with the Approved Maintenance Organization technical documents and work orders.

As a Technical Records Administrator, you will be:

� Updating and maintaining AMO technical library
� Reviewing aircraft records and preparing work order packages for maintenance staff
� Reviewing completed work orders after completion of the task ensuring all documents are complete
� Ensuring log entries are transcribed into technical log books
� Organizing filing of aircraft work orders
� Ensuring parts picked up by AMO personnel have the correct documentation
� Filling out warranty documents for parts removed from aircraft as applicable
� Maintaining a current database of AME training files
� Organizing filing of all component warranty documents
� Performing all work in accordance with Health and Safety policies
� Performing other related duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

� Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
� College Diploma in Aviation considered an asset

Skills and Knowledge:

� Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
� Proficiency in Navision considered an asset
� Basic knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and FAA Regulations, including importation and exportation of aircraft
� Excellent organizational skills
� Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
� Excellent follow up abilities
� Ability to know when to escalate issues and to whom
