Technical Project Manager with Connected Car/BEV/Fleet Management experience
(Loc: Renton, WA / Dallas, TX)
Job Responbilities
- Facilitate user stiry workshops for scoping projects to develop and maintain the product backlog
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments.
- Develop project plans including relevant artifacts for the program management processes.
- Communicate project status to senior management and project sponsors.
- Manage risks, issues and impediments and escalate in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Work collaboratively with our software developers to ensure our product is meeting business requirements.
- Work with the development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
- Facilitate 1st tier support for our applications in working with our software development team.
- Understand project estimates and manage the project budget once approved.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Familiarity with automotive or aftermarket/manufacturing environment
- Product/Project management skills
- In-depth development methodology and system implementation experience
- Candidate should have experience in handling Connected Vehicle development projects or should have experience of handling BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) projects (installation of chargers/batteries will not be considered as valid experience) or should have Fleet Management Solution development experience (Using 3rd party Fleet Management Solution will not be considered as valid experience)
