Project Management | TEAM The Security Engineering Technical Program Management (SecEng TPM) team is a force multiplier that provides the reliable and efficient delivery of the most impactful initiatives.
We drive our programs with cross-functional leadership, domain expertise and structured engagement.
ROLE:
As a Technical Project Manager within the SecEng TPM organization, you will work cross-functionally across the different verticals of the business (product, marketing, engineering, etc.) to scale our force multiplying function within the Identity & Access Management Program to passwordless credentials for the corporate workforce.
The primary responsibility will be to drive last-mile execution, track progress, and facilitate communication to stakeholders as well as Program leadership.
You will provide strong structure, organization, and accountability management to many of the IAM Program efforts/tracks.
You will also be required to be a great communicator, storyteller, and empathizer who can influence a wide breadth of groups across many regions.
The ideal candidate will take the current project rollout structure that took the project to 95% complete and adapt it to the remaining user populations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● 3-5 years' experience in security and technical programs
● Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under tight deadlines, Flexibility to change course based on business needs and environmental conditions.
● Knowledge and understanding of project management tools (JIRA)
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: great memos and presentations are extremely important
● Proven project management capabilities
● Strong eye for business
● An innate drive to deliver results 1 / 2
● Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment
● Organizational leadership and influence without relying on hierarchy

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Drive roadmap delivery and development
● In this position, you will provide both local and global project management support
● Managing rollout, communications, success criteria development, multi-team coordination, support strategy, requirements gathering and UAT
● Developing, leading & completing project management deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detailed project plans, achievements, and deliverables for seamless project implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
● Providing concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks and recommended actions.
● The individual will also liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are met.
● Identify and manage the major project achievements. This requires the individual to actively seek out material issues impacting the project and quickly resolve the problems to ensure timelines and functionality expectations are met.
● Partnering closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners, responsibilities include developing detailed change management, communication, transition and testing plans to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and overall business and system readiness.
● A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving skills, effective process evaluation, and delivery of high-quality work: strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, Attention to detail even under pressure.

Salary
70 - 85 /hour
