Among them, the market share of handset lens sets ranks No.1 in the world, and handset camera modules also ranks Top 1 in the world.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for:

1. Technical Engineering Program Manager (TPM) to drive the design, development of the NPI projects, and interface key customers in North America.

1. The candidate has the opportunity to build the next generation of cameras modules for key customers.

1. The candidate need to properly communicate internally and externally, and hence properly manage the resource for development.

1. The candidate is required to navigate through uncertainties, be adapt to rapid changing scenarios, and lead complex decisions with the final goal to deliver the best technology to our customers.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. MS or PhD degree in Mechanical engineering, or related engineering/Science field.

1. Relevant industry experience in mechanical designing Camera in a similar field (3-5 years’ experience).

1. In-depth technical engineering knowledge to effectively establish and manage project and operational KPIs, assess and drive technical risks, and critically challenge engineering decisions.

1. Skillset to communicate with key customers in North America; and to coordinate internal resources.

1. Functional fluency in English and Mandarin.
