Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a PR Manager for a contract position that can be worked 100% remotely. The opportunity will be eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Ongoing PR services to support the client HR research practice. Approximately 25 hours per week spent on various PR activities, including:
- Developing written content – press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, etc.
- Conducting research on appropriate media contacts, hot topics in the media, reviewing client-published research
- Publishing client's content to various sites utilizing different platforms, including the client newsroom and employee advocacy platform
- Pitching journalists on new research and/or POVs and relevant news announcements and trends
- Contributing to program measurement activities and reporting
Qualifications:
- Ongoing PR services to support the client's HR research practice.
- Approximately 25 hours per week activities including:
- All Candidates should have ideally between 5-7 years of professional relevant PR
- Writing various content forms: press releases, bylined articles, Q&As, media pitches
- Reviewing, analyzing and translating research into media-appropriate content (see above)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including research experts, journalists and internal PR and marketing colleagues
- Researching relevant media contacts and topics for media engagement
- Experience developing recap reports and measuring success via different metrics
- Adept at using various digital tools, including internal platforms for publishing content online and curating content for employee sharing via social channels.
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred.

Salary
40 - 42 /hour
